Rapid Covid-19 Antibody Test
The IgG antibody test can help identify individuals who have developed an immune response to the COVID-19 virus, either as part of an active or prior infection. The test detects the presence of antibodies in the blood – if antibodies are present, that indicates that the person has been exposed to the COVID-19 virus and developed antibodies against it. This may mean that person has at least some immunity to the coronavirus. A blood sample will be drawn by a fingerstick/poke of finger to conduct the antibody test.
